RESERVATIONS: Upon receipt of your confirmation (by email or telephone), a valid credit card must be on file to reserve service.

CANCELLATIONS: A verbal confirmation must be received no less than three hours prior to your scheduled arrival time; otherwise, the credit card on file will be charged the one-way fare in its entirety plus 20% gratuity and service will be deemed as a no-show. In the event that a connection has been missed due to the fault of the airline, a flight has been diverted or the airline has cancelled the scheduled flight, we must be notified within two hours. If notification is made later than two hours and the driver has been dispatched for service, the credit card on file will be charged $40.00.

GRATUITY: Gratuities are discretionary and not included in the fare. It is common practice to tip 18-20 percent of the total fare, which is considered industry standard. If the driver spends more than a few minutes loading or unloading your bags, helping you in or out of the car or stopping prior to your destination (rates are based on non-stop service), a 20% gratuity would be appropriate.

ARRIVAL: Your driver will be at the appropriate luggage carousel with a personalized name sign. If you are unable to locate your driver, we ask that you call us (or your driver); therefore, if you are traveling with a cell phone, please turn it on when you arrive. If you do not have a cell, please call us from any pay phone using the toll-free number...there will be no charge. If it is necessary to make any stops prior to meeting your driver, we ask that you contact us (or your driver) immediately. Once the luggage carousel has cleared, your driver is prepared to wait an additional fifteen minutes for domestic flights and forty-five minutes for international flights. If the driver has waited the allotted time and you have not arrived at the luggage belt or contacted the office or your driver, you will be considered a no-show. The credit card on file will be charged the full fare plus 20% gratuity. It is imperative that you contact either the driver or the office if you do not plan to proceed directly to the luggage carousel.
